Just had my 6th DE failed transfer (3 different donors). Had ERA, ALICE and EMMA, scratch, Hysteroscopy (normal). NK cells - raised cytokines. Been on prednisolone and aspirin. Got 1 embroyo left in the freezer. Any advice/ suggestions much appreciated. Starting to lose hope.

I’m so sorry to hear this I hope you’re ok. Did you get the embryos chromosomally checked? Xxx

No we didn’t. It was never suggested to us. I think it’s quite rare to test donor eggs but if we decide to do another round this is definitely something we will get done x

we had double donor rounds and all embryos were abnormal. It’s apparently not the norm but worth looking xxxx

yeh we honestly couldn’t believe it . 24 year old donor eggs too. They came back chromosomally abnormal we were so glad we got them checked as we would have transferred the 4 one by one xxx

In the same boat with 4 x failed DE transfers behind me. All testing came back good other than raised nks. Tried different immune protocols and still nothing. Have you tried natural modified transfer ?

I’m sorry you’re in the same situation. I have to do medicated transfers because I have POI and don’t have periods x

Hi, I'm so sorry. I took Hydroxychloroquine and it bought my TH1 / TH2 ratios in to the normal range, may be worth a try. Blood thinning injections also if you have not tried them. Good luck x

Thank you. My TH1/TH2 ratios are raised. What dose were you on? I did use clexane for 2 of my transfers x

I was on 200mg twice a day. It does take a while to work, need to start taking it at least 8 weeks before a transfer x

Just want to add a word of caution that if you test your donor embryos, many are now saying that the chromosome tests are not reliable. There have been studies showing that aneuploid embryos lead to a healthy birth almost as often as the normal ones. So, many clinics have stopped testing for this reason. You might want to look at these studied on embryos correcting themselves in the womb. I have not had DE transfers but had implantation success with acupuncture, if that is something that is of interest.
