Thanks so much I am just having one of those days where it just feels a bit overwhelming! I just wanted to read positive stories with 4 or more transfers to give me a boost. Hope you’re ok lovely xx
Hi Catlady12345 . I don't have personal experience. But I have read through a lot posts in various forums for support and education, and lots of ladies are blessed with babies after many transfers. So, in other words I think you are in a good position. Good luck xx
So many things on your story match mine so I couldn’t read and run. I hope this gives you a boost for 4th transfer 🥰
I’m now 35 but was 34 when I did my fourth transfer last January. 1st round, BFP but ended in mc at 6 weeks. 2nd and 3rd round bfn. BFP on my fourth round which resulted in my daughter who’s just turning 6 months old.
Really hope it’s fourth time lucky for you too ♥️ good luck!xxx
Thank you so so much and congratulations!! I’m trying to keep optimistic but sometimes it’s so tough! Your story is great and has given me the boost I needed before this next FET thank you! X
❤️❤️❤️ it’s a numbers game. Keep positive hun you’ve got this xxx
My sister had my nephew on her 7th transfer and is pregnant again from her 8th! My friend had her first from her 9th transfer and then got pregnant naturally five months later! It can happen! Don’t give up! X
I think you should investigate the cause including immunology. I recommend you work with your current doctors for investigation and also get a second opinion. Best
Hi Catlady12345 i had my fourth transfer on 13th March and got my BFP yesterday! Was also fourth time lucky for my manager at work. I've got a good feeling about YOUR fourth 🙏 🙏 hope it goes well and u get that bfp 😘
It took me 7 transfers of 8 good quality embryos over 2 years. I'm currently 20 weeks. 1st transfer -bfn
2nd- bfn
3rd - 2 transferred- bfp but miscarriage at 5 weeks. All miscarriage bloods normal.
4th transfer- bfp- mmc 13 weeks. No cause found.
5th transfer- bfp- mmc 7 weeks
6 the transfer- bfn
7th transfer- bfp after fresh round
We tried natural fets, natural modified and medicated. I was told that sometimes it's down to factors that they just don't understand and needs a bit of luck. Even if everything looks perfect- embryo, lining etc, it gives you about 60% chance of success. The other 40% they just don't know enough about yet. It's so, so hard but try to keep going. I found that doing lots of research helped as I felt like I was doing something. I was going to do era/emma/alice and pgt-a but due to only getting one embryo in our last fresh, we didn't do it. I was taking impryl, omega 3 and coq10. Hubby was taking impryl too. I don't know if this helped at all. I was majorly stressed and down for the last transfer but it worked. Wishing you the very best of luck.
Ah you’re message has really inspired me, thank you. I’m so sorry you’ve had a shitty time you’ve really been through it but congratulations, it’s worked out in the end for you and I’m so pleased xxx
Good luck for your scan, wishing you a happy and healthy pregnancy - you deserve it. Thanks for sharing, I’ll get my optimistic head back on for this transfer! Xx
