I’m currently tracking my ovulation so that I can inform the clinic when I hit peak ovulation in order to book in my (d)EFT. The past two days I have had low fertility and temperatures of 36.39°C (Saturday) and 36.45°C (Sunday) When I tested this morning I got a High fertility reading and a temp of (36.06°C) which was so much earlier than I was expecting and totally threw me. I finished my withdrawal bleed (from a BFN) on the 8th March so my Flo app is predicting ovulation on the 24th. I have just retested and got Low fertility and temp of 36.5°C. I’ve read that temp will be between 36.4-37°C when ovulating or shortly after. Should I contact the clinic or keep testing and contact them when I record peak fertility?

Hi Always believing. To be honest your BFN would most likely upset your cycle, so I would have left a clear. Month before tracking. Good luck. Diane
I did ask the question whether I should wait for a period but the professor said I didn’t need to. I’ve since had a low reading (last night) and then two high readings today (one morning, one early evening) I guess I just have to wait until I get peak and then contact them.
