. I am taking 6 tablets a day of progonova for my utrus lining and in day 6 I started to feel so much pain in my breast. Does it mean my prolactin hormonal is raising and this will be a cancelled cycle to transfer . Any advice will be appreciated. Thank you all

Hi Donita. It’s probably just down to the large dose of oestrogen you are gegtting to prepare you for transfer. Good luck! Diane

Morning im also just about to start preparations for a FET.. 3rd time lucky i hope... I take progonova but only 4 tablets I had sore breast when on them before even went up a bra size while on them (not that I'm complaining about the bra size thing) but my consultant told me this is all perfectly normal and not to worry. Good luck with your journey we are hoping for transfer on the 20th march 😀 xx

Hello Doita85, I noticed this as well during my egg collection cycles when I was on Progynova. My consultant recommended to add 150mg Aspririn daily for the last 7 days I was meant to take Progynova to counteract the breast tenderness/heaviness. Worth noting I was 43 at the time so adding Aspirin had an additional advantage of ensuring better blood flow. It may not be indicated in younger women. Best of luck for your transfer! X
