Seeking as bit of wisdom on tips for managing the bloating and general malaise I'm feeling having recently started progynova for my first cycle as well as some general hints on staying sane!
I'm on day 4 of FET prep with progynova tablets and it's not terrible but I feel sort of queasy and bloated with the meds and then indigestion after every meal. I'm only little ( 4ft 11; 7st 6lbs) so was told to expect to feel a bit yacky. I'm trying ginger, warm water, peppermint tea etc but any other tips would be well received.
I'm also still working (NHS patient facing) and trying to wind down face to face contacts to avoid covid and other general nasty bugs, but it is a bit tricky. I know this could be a long road so I don't want to stop living either.

How you are feeling is very much" to do " with the medication you are on - so you are def not going crazy ! Eating small amounts of food regularly may help - drink plenty of fluids Make sure getting enough restful sleep - have a calming routine { relaxing shower/bath then read a good book/light magazine with a herbal tea ] before getting into bed Try some yoga /mindful thinking for relaxation after work
Thank you Janet! I rang clinic today for some advice as noticing some blood in discharge. They weren't very helpful and just said to wait until my scan in 10 days time. : ( I just wanted to know if it is normal side effect.
