I started Progynova twice a day last week and upped it to 3 times yesterday as per clinic instructions. Since the baseline scan I have had pains like ovulation pains every day and today I have bled (brown not red) quite a bit. Tonight my stomach is cramping as if AF is close (although it can’t be) . This is my first FET so I’m not sure if this is normal or not? Has anyone experienced bleeding on Progynova with cramps? I’m worried it’s not normal and my cycle will be cancelled
I know I need to call my clinic and I will do tomorrow but I’m driving myself mad googling so thought someone might have an experience they could share with me - good/bad
My tracking scan is on fri to check the lining etc just hoping it is all ok xx

Hi Rainbow, I bled brown blood with Progynova. I was the same and sh*tting myself. Mine lasted a day and the clinic said that it can sometimes happen.
At the next scan everything was fine and in fact my lining had improved 🤷 I spoke to the nurse and she said it could have been due to intercourse. Me and oh had got busy a few days before the bleed 🙈😆
Id say as long as you don't see red blood and it tapers off then I'd say you're ok bit definitely call your clinic tomorrow to check. Big hugs. Xx
Thank you for responding! I wondered if it could be due to intercourse as it is something we did this morning 🤣 fingers crossed 🤞🏼 I’ll defo call tomorrow and hopefully get some reassurance xx
I had mild AF cramping with progynova so try not to worry too much....its just he meds working. Obviously if the bleeding continues then have a chat with your clinic but hopefully will settle. Good luck.xx
I’m on Progynova too after an FET, tomorrow is my OTD 😬😬😬🤞🏼 Iv had cramping and ridiculously sore boobs all of the time. Had a meltdown last week as I felt as though AF was on the way but hasn’t appeared yet.
