I’m curious to know if anyone has had any issues with the oestrogen tablets before a FET? I’m on day 2 of them and have to take 3 a day but one of my knees has swollen due to water retention and I’m worried it’s because of the tablets. I did do a workout on day 1 of the tablets but I work out daily so don’t think it could be that.
Has anyone else ever had an issue with them?

Hi not sure about side effects of oestrogen tablets as I have never taken them. But I have recently learnt of something that can help reduce swelling/water retention in ankles and knees. Sit down, legs flat, place 2 fingers near your pelvic area (on the side of swelling) and massage in a clockwise circular motion for 10 minutes. It should help to breakdown the fluid. X
