Likely failed FET - what are next steps?

I am 9DP5DT of a really good quality blastocyst that thawed well. I have tested on FRER this morning and awaiting beta results. Pretty sure this round we are out. I previously had a fresh transfer but bled very early due to the trigger I had for my egg collection. Before starting IVF, I had 3 x IUI that ended in a 9 week miscarriage and a chemical pregnancy. I’m just wondering whether IVF is just a numbers game or whether there are things I could be looking at doing before next FET? We are lucky as we have 7 embryos left but I don’t want to waste them.

So far I’ve been checked for blood clotting disorders, 3D scan of my uterus and thyroid bloods. The only thing that has come up is that I have slightly raised TPO antibodies but the consultant didn’t seem too concerned about that. I guess moving forward I’m wondering whether it’s worth asking for ERA, EMMA & ALICE or whether we should just try again with one of our Frosties and hope for a better outcome. My progesterone was 69nmol/l 2 days before transfer and I’ve had no bleeding so I don’t think low progesterone is an issue.

Any help or experience would be appreciated!

I would recommend ERA. My test came back saying I needed one less day progesterone before transfer. Have you considered PGT testing your embryos? We tested 8 embryos and 1 came back euploid and one low mosaic. I’m glad we did it or we’d have had a lot of time wasted going through FETs with abnormal embryos. I’m 10 days post FET so I’m not sure if our euploid and ERA have paid off yet.

I am really sorry it might not have worked this time I have read a lot about NK cells testing because I have auto-immune issues, so perhaps something to look into? Very best of luck!
