hi all, after 2 unsuccessful ICSI, trying to do all I can to improve my egg quality before our next attempt while my hubby also deals with his male factor.
I started taking PQQ 20mg and Tru Niagen 300mg yesterday in addition to Ubiquinol 200mg, vitamin D3 1000, E 1000, Pregnacare, Methylpholate, Omega3 300mg.
Have you experiences any stomach pain after taking PQQ and Tru Niagen? I had pain last night and wander if they may be the cause.
I also ordered Melatonin 3mg, DHEA 25mg and Acai Berry but waiting for the delivery.
Do you think these are too many supplements or have you had success after taking them? What do you think?

Hi K8dferXdder, at the age of 42 and after 4 unsuccessful IVF cycles, I started taking egg quality supplements and after 3 months of taking them on my 5th IVF attempt I finally got a euploid embryo! I was taking most of the supplements you listed, however, I swapped Ubuquinol for MitoQ based on the following research: monash.edu/discovery-instit...
I had no pain from taking PQQ or Tru Niagen. All up I was taking about 10 different supplements.
thanks dear 😊 that gives me hope and reassurance I am not the only crazy supplement taker 🤣 can I please ask you, did you take DHEA too and if so what dose and when did you stop taking it, before EC?
Yes, I also took DHEA. I only took 25mg of DHEA once a day, as at that point in time my testosterone levels were untested and I didn't want to risk it. I stopped taking DHEA prior to egg collection.
I’m 42 and had terrible quality embryos up to this point but then got 2 quality blasts on my next round, one of which is now 24 weeks and wriggling around in my belly
Of course it just could’ve been coincidental but the way I see it taking them definitely did me no harm!
