Hi all,
I am now 5dp5dt. I just found out that my progesterone on transfer day was 40.9nmol/L. Anyone any idea if this is ok?

Hi Ksey. Perhaps you ovulated at the same time? Hope your FET is successful. Diane

I’m on an HRT protocol, so won’t ovulate myself. Just getting all my progesterone from pessaries and lubion.

Hi. OK. Your medication is definitely keeping your progesterone at a good level. Good luck!. Diane

Hi, yes it is good. The clinic told me they expect at least 30 ng/ml. Good luck x

Yeh, this is what is confusing me. I’m not sure how to convert from ng/ml to nmol/L 😳

You multiply the ng/ml by 2.5

So if I am at 40nmol/L that would be 16ng/ml. Now that sounds low 😬

40 nmol/l is 12.57 ng/ml. Did the clinic give you extra progesterone to increase it?

Apologies, I read your post wrong....as ng/ml.....40nmol/l is a little on the low side. Could you up your progesterone pessaries? Did your clinic ask you to take more?xx

Thanks guys, from what I have read, ideally should be over 50nmol/L. Have to take an extra suppository a day now.
