Progesterone level before FET

Hey Ladies

my progesterone on day of transfer was 47.9 nmol/l. My doctor said it was excellent. Is it though? I am on Cyclogest 400mg twice a day.

I think that’s good yes, mine was low at 37 so they increased my dose a little

From the research I've done every clinic is different. Some say it should be around 50 and others say it should be 80 to 100. Some like it to be 100 exactly or even over 100. It really depends on what research you follow.

It should be around 30-90. Though mine was 35 and they increased my progesterone because it was at the lower end. X

I would say yours is fine. Though it does fluctuate: mine was 42 two days before transfer and 35 the day after. I did another test yesterday and waiting for results. It's worth keeping an eye to check your levels don't drop. X

What is tour progesterone dose per day?

I have been on 800mg of utrogestan per day since five days before transfer. After my progesterone came back at 35, they also added 1x lubion injection per day.

I only started progesterone 5 days before my transfer.

I should also add that I am using donor eggs. If you're using your own eggs on a fresh cycle, your body should produce progesterone naturally but may just need topped up. X

Yes i am on natural cycle. Only day 2 and already having nightmares and worries... another 10 to go
