Slight morning bleeding on day 4 and 5 after FET ED

After six failed IVFs with own eggs I had my first FET with a donor egg on June 15. I didn't feel any symptoms after the transfer except maybe feeling a bit tired. Woke up yesterday at 4.30 (day 4 after FET ) and discovered the residue of my 100 mg progesterone vag tablet was mixed with blood (brown and red). Not a lot, but enough to warrant a change of panty liner and panties. During the day the tablet discharge was brown-coloured. Same thing this morning - a smudge of fresh red blood with tiny clots. And during the day the discharge has been brown-coloured.

Just now I got a bit of a headache, which I tend to get a day or so before my period. Is this it you think, am I out? Seems like my body is trying to have its period but is stopped by the progesterone supplements.

I took a blood test today to check S-Progesterone and I had 45 (nmol/L) (reference Follice phase: <4.5 nmol/L Luteal phase: 11-81 nmol/L ) maybe that is too low and I'm maybe not absorbing enough either through pills or vag tablets? That could explain why my body is overriding the pills by bleeding in the mornings?
