Any success stories with a 5bc / 2/3 embryo?Currently day 6 post embryo transfer. Had dull cramps on nights 2 and 3 but nothing else really until last night when I had strong period pain style cramps. My period is due tomorrow, but with the cyclogest and progesterone would I have one at the moment anyway to signify failed implantation?

No you won't get a period until you stop progesterone (unless your progesterone levels aren't high enough but I'm sure they are). I'm 4DP5DT and felt like I was having period cramps last night. My embryo was a 4BB/C. Good luck xx
From my experience I think our body reacts differently to progesterone. I’ve had a beautiful 5AB transferred three weeks ago and bled before my test date. I was on progesterone so was a bit confuse. So it depends on your body.
Yes my 3BC embryo was frozen. I decided to PGTA test so it was thawed and tested as 4BC. Little boy is now 3 months old. Don't get hung up on the grading as lower gradings can be euploid and be successful. I had an unsuccessful 4AA prior to this transfer. Good luck to you!
Congratulations on your little boy! We PGTA tested too. The clinic do their own scoring based on time lapse videos and when the embryos reach certain milestones and on a scale of 1-10 (10 being the highest) our 5BC embryo scored a 1... But I know that PGTA testing trumps that so trying to remain positive! Thank you. xx
Yes it is. Got 15 eggs at egg collection, of which only 4 fertilised. All 4 made it to blastocysts (2 day 5 and 2 day 6). When we PGTA tested, 2 came back euploid and 2 aneupolid. Our 'higher grade' embryo didn't survive the thaw on the morning of transfer, so this is our one chance. xx
I had cramping on day 1 and 2 and then nothing after that, I felt tired off and on but I was sure it hadn’t worked again, this was our 4th go and our last embryos
It is early days but I am currently pregnant with a C grade embryo, which we PGT-A tested and was euploid. None of our top A grade embryos worked! Good luck xx
I did bleed whilst on all medication, when things hadn’t worked.. I was told to continue all meds until test day, the bleeding came and went but it hadn’t worked. I knew. I am now 12 weeks pregnant and have had bleeding throughout but it was different. Just to reassure you, this time round I had cramping - I would tell my clinic I was getting my period and they kept trying to assure me that cramps were also a very good sign but I wouldn’t listen.. they were right. Hold on in there and try not to think the worst.. easier said than done, I know!! x
I had cramping 4 days post transfer, identical to a few days before my period, they lasted on/off for two weeks and I’ve had them since as things have developed, I remember calling the nurses line at my clinic in tears because I was so sure it was period related. I’ve had miscarriages and failed transfers and I always bled whilst on the meds. How are you feeling today? Still experiencing them? Thank you.. it’s been a journey, and still paranoid that something will change. I don’t think that ever goes away when you’ve walked in our shoes ✨
So true. I'm sorry you've had such a terrible journey to get to where you are now. Just think, with each week that little one of yours is getting bigger and stronger. 😊Not really today, a few minor waves of cramping but that's all. I'm finding I get cramps more at night than during the day?! I was due my period today, my cycles are quite short (usually 23ish days). I really did feel like I was coming on yesterday. I really want to test early but know that if its implanted late then nothing would show yet anyway. xx
No, just one - our only one, as the other didn't survive the thawing. Its not a very sensitive test though, 25ml/U! I've bought a pack of three ClearBlue ones which are 10ml/U and will use one of those in the morning I think. xx
