I would just like to introduce our baby boy, born at the end of July. A birth where everything I didn’t want to happen happened - Followed by a 5 day stay in hospital but we are now both safely home 💙
The feelings of overwhelm are real… Postpartum hormones have hit me like a tonne of bricks. I think it’s only now that he is actually here earth side I have processed the IVF, the toll that took & how that & the birth have not only affected me but also my husband.
We are incredibly lucky & beyond grateful.
I would just like to thank everyone who has offered words of advice & support on my journey & wish everyone the best of luck with theirs.
These posts always helped me see the light… Be kind to yourselves & never lose hope 💙

Oh those hormones will do a number on you over the next few weeks. Try to remember that however you’re feeling isn’t a real depiction of right now, it really is the hormones…
