Time to start Buserelin

My clinic asked that I start BCP and buserelin on day 23 of my cycle. The timeline seems off to me. I have a low Amh. Advice needed

Hi there, I have always started Buserelin on cycle day 21. I guess different clinics do things differently. But question them if you’re not sure cycle day 23 is right. Good luck with your cycle x

How long is your cycle normally? My clinic told me buserelin is started 7 days before expected period, so for my 26 days cycles I started on day 19. As long as it is started before your period I don't actually think it matters (looking at papers comparing duration of buserelin treatment - some protocols only start a couple of days before expected period) but if you're unsure when your period is due, or you think it's incorrect, check with your clinic as soon as possible. xx
