I’m having a FET cycle and as it’s day 21 of my cycle, starting buserelin/suprefact nasal spray (100mg spray) Having a mental block and can’t work out what to do. My instructions say one spray four times a day. Does that mean in one nostril (so 4 sprays in total) or in each nostril (so 8 sprays in total). I will try my
Clinic but doubt I’ll get a quick answer on a saturday and might not even hear until Monday. I really should know as have done this a few times before but it’s been a long time. Can anyone help? Thanks!

Hello i may not be of much help as i have not been on buserelin nasal spray before but i have been watching videos, im sure its 1 spray a nostril so 4 sprays in total. Im sure others will be able to help you. Goodluck for your cycle x
Hi, I cant really answer but if its any help at all... I'm taking synarel nasal spray at the minute. Do you mean your instructions from your hospital aren't clear?
I take my spray only twice a day and it's one spray in each nostril but my hospital instructions were pretty clear sorry (My instructions actually say 1 puff in each nostril every 12 hours)
I did read part of the leaflet in the box though which says what the normal dosage is depending on what it's being used for. So it said the dosage if it's being used for ivf and the dosage usually used for treating endo. So you could maybe check the leaflet in the box if you haven't already done that?
Sorry I can't be more help, hope you get sorted and good luck x
You say your instructions say 1 spray, 4 times a day. So to me that means you spray in one nostril but at four separate times during the day?! When I took it on my first cycle I had 2 sprays in the morning (one in each noatril) and the same in the evening m but this was then reduced down to one spray in the morning and one in the evening. Hopefully your clinic get back to you and if you have a treatment booklet/plan double check to see what it says xx
