Just looking for advice. I have had 5 unsuccessful attempts with OE and so moved to DE. First transfer was fresh and I got a BFP. Unfortunately I miscarried at 6 weeks (was on blood thinners and steroids). Just had second cycle with FET which resulted in a BFN. I have one embryo in the freezer. Is it worth trying that or is it better to try a fresh round? I’ll be 45 soon and have been ttc for over 6 years. Thanks!
What now? Go for 3rd FET with DE or s... - Fertility Network UK

I'm so sorry for all you're going through, it just feels so unfair. You may well have already considered this, but I've just done the ERA test (after multiple failed implantation in my case) to help make sure I'm transferring embryos at the right time. Of course I don't yet know if it will help.
My doctor thought not much point as I’ve had a chemical pregnancy and a miscarriage so doesn’t think I have any problems implanting. The chemical and miscarriage with top quality embryos so I sort of agree. The bfn have been with poorer quality ones. This time was a BC. I have one of the same quality left in the freezer. Just having one of those horrible days where I feel as if it will never be me. Not helped of course being surrounded by people at work who tripped and fell and got pregnant! 🙄
It's such a horrible feeling isn't it. And I know what you mean about it happening easily for others - one of my friends quite recently got pregnant by accident at 40, I'm delighted for her (even though it was an accident they're so happy), but also can't help feeling why is it so easy for some people and so so hard for others, without even a reason.
