NATAL VITAMINS

5 Weeks 3 days pregnant.

Please what natal vitamins are you taking?

I guess its same from beginning till end of pregnancy?

I am taking pregnacare original, fish oil capsules (NOT cod liver oil) and choline 350 mg. I intend to continue throughout the pregnancy.

The only ones that are deemed absolutely essential by the NHS however are folic acid 400mg and Vitamin D. Hope that helps x

I waa recommended NHP fertility vitamins. They are quite expensive and you take twice a day with food but I have found these to be the best ones in terms of what they include. I also take she oak which is meant to assist in reproduction xx
