Spotting in 7th week

Hi All. I am new to UK. So please bear with me if the questions are obvious.

I am pregnant and am in 7th week. I went for midwife appointment on Tuesday and she took blood test and urine test.

When and how will I get the results of blood & urine tests?

Also I am spotting for four days now. Midwife said it’s Normal and asked to call a&e if it is bleeding.

Am worried as it is continuing. Will a&e be able to help with spotting?

We cant say anything about bleeding, some ppl bleed through out pregnancy nndeliver healthy babies. I had kind of spotting in the 5th week so we went to A&E. They referred me towards EPU.

My midwife was really good, she messaged me the bloods/urine test outcomes. Did she took your number ?

Yes. Midwife took my number. I texted her to see if she got the results as it has been two days.

I didn’t get any response from her yet.

I will go to A&E as well as it is continuing

Hi, sorry you are worried. There is an NCT group on HealthUnlocked which may have more people on there who can help you. This forum is typically for women trying to conceive but having difficulties.

But spotting is normal in early pregnancy but if you are worried I would call your midwife or your early pregnancy unit and they should be able to reassure you.
