Just posting for my own sanity (and to stop me boring friends and family to death with every little detail)
I've had a little win, just had a telephone consultation for NHS funded IVF. I had thought I had no chance of NHS funding as my AMH is so low (1.46 on most recent test) but apparently in my area its not an issue and neither does having previous private IVF (up to 2 cycles) So if I can get 2st off weight wise I'm eligible and there isn't a long wait either (weeks rather than months/years)
It's such a small win (and its going to require a huge amount of graft to get my weight down) but means we can do the next private round at the end of the month as that's paid for and if it doesn't work I've potentially got another shot with my eggs before we start looking at donors.
It's the little positives that keep me going, fingers crossed we get lucky on our next round but its a huge comfort to know its not the end of the road if it doesn't work.
Also I finally spoke to my work about the IVF, I've been dreading telling them and got away with it last time as I was furloughed part time. Its a small company in a very male dominated industry but they have been fantastic. My boss seem genuinely excited for us (I've tried to mitigate this by explaining it does not guarantee a baby!)
