Can progynova 2mg stop your period?

Hi everyone,

Im currently waiting for my period to start so I can begin a fresh cycle for egg collection & PGS testing.

They put me on Norethisterone twice a day from cycle day 14 and progynova also twice a day from cycle day 21. I stopped Norethisterone on day 25 as instructed & was told to continue progynova until my baseline scan.

I’m now cycle day 29 and still have no sign of my period (never usually go over 28 days) My question is can progynova stop my period from coming? I have used it previously 3 times a day in my FET cycles and it stopped me from ovulating or having a period until I stopped them after my BFNs. I have asked my clinic & they said to give it until Sunday & then let them know if AF is still a no show.

I’m just confused how it can be used in one cycle to suppress ovulation & in this cycle to do something different. I am also at a new clinic this time.
