This might seem like a silly question but can a period ever start and stop within the space of a few hours?! I had a frozen embryo transfer 7 days ago and today have had light pink spotting which then disappeared completely, even when I've wiped there's nothing on the toilet paper.
Surely when a period starts it can't stop that soon?

I'm not using pessaries as I'm using lubion injections. It's been light spotting twice today but now has completely gone. Sure does play with your mind all of this 🤯
It could be implantation bleed as others said or anything to be honest. I m probably going to sound negative but in most of my transfers I had a bit of a bleed like this a few days(even a week) before testing day and after managing to upset me it was disappearing for a a few hours or a day but finally returning.
I wish that's not your case though🤞
In here I read about loads of women with bleeding before the bfp, so bottom line is it can go either way, you can't rely on it to guess.
Lots of people get some bleeding during 2ww and go on to get a BFP. It could be irritation from the procedure, implantation, start of period anything really there's no way to tell unfortunately you just have to wait until OTD. Try not to overthink and symptom spot, stay away from Google it won't help. Try and find things to take your mind off it like binge watch something, read something, try a new hobby. Give yourself a little treat everyday, plan nice things to do with your partner. Good luck, fingers crossed 🤞 for you.
