Feeling sick as a dog after BFN

Hi all!

So I got a BFN yesterday on OTD (no surprises, sigh). Obviously I had a cry and so on. Also stopped medication.

Since then I am feeling so nauseous it has literally woken me from sleep (hence posting at 5am!), also terrible on and off cramping! I’m also so constipated (sorry TMI) that I’m bleeding!

I know it’s just my body starting AF but it’s so rough this time. Does anyone have any tips to make it a tiny bit better?

Sorry you got a BFN yesterday also got one of those. Take some painkillers and for constipation get some senna(senokot). Keep strong.
