Hiya, after receiving my BFN on Friday after a top grade Fet AF has arrived. I feel so sad and tired and I just want to curl up and shut the world out. I thought a BFN would be easier to deal with than the two miscarriages I've had but today it feels the same. I feel empty. How long will this last? Any tips on how I can shake this off? After my miscarriage I suffered extreme anxiety and depression i really dint want to face that road again. Xxx

I’m so sorry. This journey is so tough. Sometimes curling up and blocking the world out is what you need.
There aren’t any hard and fast rules about how long this will last, or how to shake it off. I think all you can do is
1. Be kind to yourself
2. Give yourself time
3. Focus on the things that make you happy - maybe that’s seeing friends and family, maybe a solitary hobby or a sport which will get your feel-good hormones pumping.
Take care
Thank you for your kind words. I seem to have pushed alot of my family and friends away over the years. The ivf has made me bitter and jealous of other peoples lives. It can be a lonely place xxxx
I remember after I received my first negative it was even harder for me than after mc. I felt into the hard depression and couldn't have got rid of it for several years. But then, something had happened to me, I gathered all the strength and moved forward. I understood that if I sit and cry nothing will change. I understand you. Please, don't lose hope. For all the efforts you made, make and will make you will be blessed!
Thank you so much, I'm back at work today I feel like I need a kick back into my life before the treatment started it might not be the life I want but it's still a life isnt it. Xxxx
Yeah, life is still going on and we need to move forward. Work really helps, especially if you like what you do)) Hope you understand me)). We need to have something to distract ourselves from all this stuff. I like my job but between working days I like to spend some time drawing in silence. It helps.
So sorry. I know exactly this feeling that your having. It’s the worst feeling in the world. I feel so hopeless. Nothing anyone can say will make you feel better that’s the issue you just want your miracle to make you feel better. Keep healthy and try and look after yourself ❣️X
