overmedicated Thyroid & FET

I am currently downregulating for an FET (I have been on synarel for 6 weeks and I am due to start estrogen on Friday) but today I found out that my thyroid is overmedicated. My T4 is above the range at 31 (range 10-23), my T3 is in range and my TSH is slightly under at 0.07. My GP (not my ivf dr) said to just stop taking levothyroxine for a week and it should go down (the half life is 6-9 days so it should decrease by 50% in that time), and I only need it to go down by 25% so it seems doable. Will it impact my FET if I can get it down in time? Is there any research to suggest a high T4 but normal TSH and T3 impacts implantation?
