I had a phone call today from my DR and there are many changes I need to make with my next transfer, feeling positive I have something to move forward with.

1. My implantation window was incorrect. I'm early receptive, I need an extra 12 hours of progesterone (also need a higher dose of progesterone either Lubion or prontogest injections, which I will have to take daily) I will find out my exact treatment plan on Wednesday.

2. I have overactive / aggressive uterine NK Cells. So I will need to be taking steroids before transfer and if successful up until 12 weeks pregnant.

3. I need to take clexane blood thinner injections.

4. I also have a change in medication :

-x5 prognova daily

-x2 estrogen patches bi-daily.

-cyclogest x4 daily

Anyone else had similar changes made to their treatment and had a successful /positive pregnancy after ?🤞😊

Just something to ask about... I also have aggressive nk cells and I had intralipid infusions every 4 weeks. I got pregnant naturally after an ivf cycle and I do think having the Intralipids in my system really helped. I started taking the steroids the day I got the positive pregnancy test, good luck x

I’ve heard about intralipids before but the Dr didn’t mention that to me this morning. She just said that I would start taking steroids when I start my IVF cycle (when I start my estrogen etc). I’ll speak to my local doctor on Wednesday as I have my appointment booked for then and see what she has to say about that. Thanks for your advice :) xx

That sounds really positive - it's so good to have some things that you can change up - it really helps to keep you moving forward. Good luck! x
