I had a phone call today from my DR and there are many changes I need to make with my next transfer, feeling positive I have something to move forward with.
1. My implantation window was incorrect. I'm early receptive, I need an extra 12 hours of progesterone (also need a higher dose of progesterone either Lubion or prontogest injections, which I will have to take daily) I will find out my exact treatment plan on Wednesday.
2. I have overactive / aggressive uterine NK Cells. So I will need to be taking steroids before transfer and if successful up until 12 weeks pregnant.
3. I need to take clexane blood thinner injections.
4. I also have a change in medication :
-x5 prognova daily
-x2 estrogen patches bi-daily.
-cyclogest x4 daily
Anyone else had similar changes made to their treatment and had a successful /positive pregnancy after ?🤞😊
