ERA test on natural cycle results

I just got my era test result, the biopsy was performed on day 7 after ovulation, and the test came back post-receptive so I need to do the transfer 24 hours earlier. Is this my answer? The NK cells test came back normal, so I will start to prepare my last transfer (had 4 failed transfer and one that ended up as a chemical pregnancy). Does anyone of you got the sane results? Did the protocol help you to get finally pregnant?

Congratulations 😍, can I ask you of the era was done on natural or artificial cycle? Mine was done on natural cycle and I was skeptical about how can he tell the exact day of ovulation

mine was done on a medicated cycle. I had all the medication like I would have for transfer but on the day instead of transfer they did the biopsy. Then once the results came through the next transfer was exactly the same meds just transfer on day 6 instead of 5 xxx

Hi Boo, I’m going to do the test with a mock cycle too. I wanted to ask whether you transferred on the immediate cycle after, or waited for the following one. I was thinking of asking the doctor if I could start the meds on the immediate cycle and then abandon if test results showed I needed antibiotics or anything else. Thanks

I waited for the following one. But only because we were in Spain so the next one would have been July too hot for me. We went back beginning of September. If it was uk I’d have just cracked on with it xxx

Hello Titawine, like you I did the ERA in my case on a modified natural cycle and I am yet to start my FET so cannot speak to how successful it was yet. However, my consultant was very confident that it does produce accurate results in natural cycles from her patient experience even if the majority of studies have been done on medicated cycles. Your consultant will amend the transfer window as per the report and if you've ruled out a lot of other uterine and immune factors then you have every chance of the next one being your successful transfer cycle! Did you do the EMMA and ALICE tests as well? x

I Did, the results were that I don't have immune issues, but I have an endometrite, so I started antibiotics and then I will take probiotics as well.Finger crossed that this time will be my time, it's 4 years since I started trying for a baby 👶

Hi, I did natural modified for my ERA (hcg shot so my clinic had a bit of control on ovulation timing and added progesterone). I had post receptive result the first time, so they repeated it but took the biopsy 24 hours earlier. That one came back as receptive. I also had high NK cells so was given an immune plan. My next transfer using the results from the ERA (my 5th transfer) I got BFP and am 27 weeks pregnant.

Hope that helps and good luck x
