Hi yellowbellowMine was also a little low and I was advised by my clinic to take a supplement. I take pregnacare conception which has vitamin D in.
I would! I think everyone should take a vitamin D supplement anyway because most people in this country are probably low/ deficient. It also helps to keep levels up because of the Covid situation! I use a spray everyday that I spray into my mouth (best way to absorb it apparently). Very easily attainable from a pharmacy or I buy mine on Amazon! x
Yes I definitely would. My clinic requested I have it tested before starting treatment - it’s a good supplement to take x
As Hifer points out, regardless of fertility treatment we need vitamin d in the UK, especially during winter. It's good for everyone, my husband takes it too for general health and immunity. I take pregnacare and a separate spray every day. Really great to boost your levels prior to treatmeant x
Yes! Vitamin d is important not just for you but when you get pregnant for the baby too! I started taking vitamin d months before we started trying and I haven’t stopped taking it now at 26weeks! I’m always asked at midwife appointments have I been taking any so defo get some xx
Yes, take D3! It is better to be absorbed. My husband takes it too during the winter and prevent from the current Covid situation.
