I'm hopefully going to start my frozen cycle in December and the doctor told me to take folic acid and vitamin d.

But I didn't realise there's different supplements of vitamin d..

12.5?

25?

50?

Which one should you take?

Thankyou

I bought a tub of Folic Acid with Vitamin D in boots. It was their own brand and meant only one tablet! I've also tried the wellwoman multi-vitamins for ttc x

I take the wellwoman pregnacare trying to concieve tablets. You can get a packet which has his and her tabs in so you are both getting the vitamins you need during this time. They are usually in the 3 for 2 in boots. Good luck xx

Hi jupiter1234. The recommended dose of Vitamin D when trying to conceive is 10 micrograms. Check with any multivitamin tablet you might be taking to see whether it contains the same amount. Hope all goes well with your FET. Diane
