ADVICE ON VITAMIN E !!!! After FET ...

Hi ladies. Just had my 7th FET, 2 embies on board 🙈Please, please, please let these little ones stick 🤞🙏🤞

My question is I took vitamin e this time to help with building lining....( it actually did help for those wanting to give it a go )

But do I continue to take it now in the two week wait. ???? 🤷‍♀️ Or was it just up until transfer. ????

Your advice on this is much appreciated xx

I stop vit E after transfer and from my reading that's the correct thing to do! Best of luck with this transfer, wishing you loads of luck.xxx

Thanks a mill Cinderella. I was unsure what to be doing 🤪

Yes. Please god, hopefully I will have some luck with this transfer. It’s my first time ever to transfer 2 !!! 🤞🙏

Any advice On what you might think worked for you this time round.( I’m actually still celebrating your BFP ❤️)

Did you take any or much bed rest. Or did you get out and about for walks to keep the blood flow moving !!?

You would think 7th time round I would have gotten into some kind of steady routine.... but sure I be driving myself mad with wondering should I or shouldn’t I 😂🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️

Any advice at all is welcome. I actually value your opinion so much, you have always been so amazing at answering my previous questions and always there with such kind words when things haven’t worked out. 💕❤️💕

I actually havent done anything special this time apart from I'm on high doses of progesterone, way higher than I normally would be. I took it easy thr day of transfer. Had some time at the beach the next day and flew home so definitely didnt take it easy after that as we have just gotten a new puppy. Oh god no, I don't think you ever get better at this or used to it....it almost gets worse as we know what can lie ahead with the let downs. I think just carry on as normal.....the only thing I dont do is lifting really. Wishing you all the luck in the world!!💕💕💕🤞🏻🙏🏻xxx

Oh wow, that’s sounds lovely chilling at the beach 🏖

We are doing treatment in Prague, so unfortunately no beaches for us. Spent the day chilling in hotel though 👍 fly come to Ireland tomorrow.

That’s interesting about the progesterone as I wonder if I am on enough !? I’m taking utrogestan 200mg 3 times a day and I’m also taking 1 x 25mg Prolutex injection s/c daily

Do you mind me asking what you are taking !? Sorry for hounding you hun xx

Ahhh Prague is a lovely place though! Lovely streets to wander through and lose yourself in. Hope you can get a good nights sleep tonight for tea telling tomorrow and remember no lifting of luggage!! Ok so this time progesterone wise I'm on 2x400mg cyclogest & 2xlubion per day (not cheap). Seemed a bit like overkill but sod it, I have gotten a positive and hopefully this can make it will stick. You are one fair bit of progesterone yourself really to be fair. Safe journey lovely and again loads of luck.xxx

Yes it’s a stunning city alright. I Only wish we just didn’t relate it to so many failed rounds of IVF 🙈

Yes, you are on a nice amount of progesterone 👍 I think the more the better. If this doesn’t work this time for me, I’m going to push for that bit extra next time 👌

Oh forget to mention your puppy 🐶 In my last txt. I bet you it is keeping your hands full. What breed did you get!? I’m dog mad myself 💕 Ive two tiny Yorkie’s at home and they are my absolute world ❤️🐶🐶

Wow, what fantastic times in your house at the moment.... New puppy and a BFP. Keep celebrating hun you deserve this so so much xx

Yeah I think progesterone is more important than is spoken about. We got a cavapoo! He is adorable but boy is it tiring at night when he wants to cry. Definitely keeping me on my toes.xxx
