So... on day 2 of my cycle. Have been given the go ahead to start my estradiol tablets today. Previous transfers I keep having implantation failure or miscarriages. Someone mentioned it could be that progesterone is too low in my body. Doc has given permission to double up on cyclogest pessaries when I start them this time (my clinic don’t do progesterone injections). In addition I’ll be on steroids (just in case NK cell levels are too high), blood thinning injections (no clots but just another trial thing), metformin (only handle 1 a day), hydroxychloroquine (to prevent miscarriages) and the standard folic acid 5mg. Also taking pregnacare and CoQ10.
Anyone had anything similar where it’s then worked for them? It’s so frustrating not knowing what I need to change to make it a BFP and then for it to continue!

Have they checked things like your microbiome too?I had 3 failed donor transfer last year - so knew it wasn't egg quality - and at my new clinic we did a full spectrum and the issues that I am now being treated for are:
Genetic propensity to implantation failure / miscarriage - taking auto immune and blood thinners
Microbiome issues - Pro biotics
Thyroid issues - thyroid tablets
Am currently 7wks3days pregnant with my first donor transfer from that clinic.
Also taking progesterone, oestradial etc too
You could always add Pro biotics (I take oral and vagina ones), it can't hurt?
I don’t think they have checked microbiome. I’ve never heard that word before. I think they have checked thyroid and that was fine. I’m going to take blood thinner injections but what are you taking for the autoimmune?
Are probiotics like vitamins and available over the counter? How much progesterone are you taking?
Congratulations on your pregnancy! Hope everything goes well for you x
