Having only had a chemical pregnancy confirmed days ago... The clinic in Prague are keen to get me started on new treatment plan and want me to travel back to Prague in January to attempt a 2nd transfer.
I do feel it's a little rushed as am just getting my head around all that's happened in the last few day... But
Anyway... Doctor suggests to start taking lactobacillus pills vaginally 3 weeks before the before the embryotransfer... I haven't come across these in any of my research and they haven't given me the pros/cons for taking them... They haven't even told me what they do to help ivf... Just said I won't need a prescription and it was my choice if I used them on not... Has anyone been on these are would you advise to take them? Are there any brands you recommend??
I was delighted to hear they were gonna change me from 600mg of progesterone pessary as I was so so sick of dripping all day long only to have to take something else in pessary form now!
Is there worse side effects to taking progestogen in injection form? Only issues I had in past was sore teeth and bleeding gums....
I know I will be glad to have something to focus on after Xmas just got to hope there's not another major lockdown that will stop flights again now!
Ps:Is there anyway for me to tag a nurse/medical person in this query??
