Hot water bottle IVF

Hi I am currently in my 2ww following a Frozen Embryo Transfer last Monday and I feel like the biggest idiot ever. I've been using a hot water bottle (not directly on my tummy that I can remember but now doubting myself ) but quite close by between my thighs and also on my feet. I'm so upset with myself and can't believe I have been so stupid. Can anyone put my mind at ease or has done anything similar? I rang the nurse and they said should be ok if not on tummy but between my thighs will probably heat up that general area so I'm still really worried x

Hi Amy, don't panic! A hot water bottle on your thighs and feet wont do you any harm and I was always told that it was good to keep your body and feet cosy, so long as you continue to keep it away from your tummy its ok. Good luck.xx

thank you x I'm starting to doubt myself and think maybe it was on my tummy now but I think I'm just panicking 😵 x

I used a hot water bottle exactly the same. I have poor circulation and always cold. I keep it away from my tummy, ive put it on my feet, thighs and back when ive had back pain. Dont panic, youll be fine just keep away from tummy
