Hot water bottle during stims??? Help?

Hey,

Quick question! I need to encourage follicle growth... Is a hot water bottle on tummy ok? I have been doing it and then suddenly freaked out. Looking for some guidance!

Yeo I'm doing that all day! I also have a belly warmer that I wear under my clothes to keep warm. Heat is good to promote blood to the area and blood helps grow follies xxx

My acupuncturist said it was fine (she actually recommended it) until EC but after that she said you shouldn't use any heat on the tummy especially during the 2ww.
