Hot water bottle madness.

lucyczzzzzzzzzzzzzzz profile image

I had a 5 day frozen blast but back in on Wednesday. This is my first time at this stage so obviously going mad already. This might sound ridiculous but.... I sleep with a hot water bottle most of the year, I am always cold on bed and find it hard to sleep without one. I read that it’s not advised to use one during early pregnancy but would it really hurt to have one on my (block of ice) feet?

I think it would probably be ok on your feet as it’s not likely to raise your core body temperature which is what they want us to avoid x

That’s my guess too. I know it seems like I should be able to skip something so small after all this time and money and emotion, but somehow this feels like my limit?!
