brown discharge on Progynova

Hello,

I'm new on this forum. I have a FET scheduled for Saturday. I'm currently on Progynova 3x2mg. Today, I've had a light brown discharge and the clinic wants me to do another scan tomorrow. I had an ultrasound last Thursday and my endometrium was at 10.3mm. My progesterone levels were really good as well. The same exact thing happened last time: as the second scan showed that the endometrium was good, the transfert wasn't cancelled but I got a BFN. On a natural cycle, I'm prone to spotting, but I had numeros exams done, including a biopsy, and everything is clear and looks very good.

I don't know if anyone had the same experience of a brown discharge with Progynova and if I should be worried. I know I have to wait for the new scan, but it would be great to share experiences with others.

Hi elmabertho I had exactly the same on Progynova. I called my clinic when it happened to me crying and they advised it can be normal and when they did my scan they were happy with my lining and my transfer went ahead. I think I had at most only 1 week of no brown during my 2WW and then it came back with avengence. I got a bfp last Tuesday but I have had lots of brown blood and red over the last week and I’m going back for bloods tomorrow where I am guessing they will tell me it has been a chemical 😕

I think it can be normal however it isn’t nice to see xx
