I’m in the middle of a natural FET and I started extra progesterone 4 days ago in preparation for my transfer tomorrow.
I’ve had pelvic cramps all evening, almost like AF and wondering if anyone else has had this and if it’s normal?
I have a history of severe cramping post transfer so had always had my progesterone carefully checked as it can be a sign of low levels, but mine are always 4x the required level, so the Drs are at a loss explaining it. They have told me that progesterone relaxes the uterus and it’s not a side effect of cyclogest.
I won’t get to talk to a Dr until the transfer and I’m worried this isn’t a good start.
Please let me know if anyone has had similar experiences.

Hey maui2020. I can't really answer your question but I feel exactly the same tonight. I have my transfer tomorrow and felt very bloated, crampy, exactly like before af arrives. It is a horrible feeling. It has only really started today. My progesterone levels on my last cycle were way above where they need to be so I have just put it down to side effects of meds.
Hopefully someone has some reassuring news for us 🤞🤞.
Thanks for your reply. Sorry you’re not feeling great either. It’s hard not to feel paranoid about symptoms but also reassuring that it’s not completely uncommon. Good luck to you too and let’s hope it’s a lucky symptom 🤞🏽Xx
Don’t feel bad! I have come to the conclusion that during the 2WW there is nothing you can do to affect the outcome, especially your diet. So enjoy some treats. You deserve it xx
