Thank you! Early days but so far so good 😊

I’m on 81mg. Did your doctor say why he wants you on it?

Dorekhani in reply toLisichka

R u in u. S?? Because this low lose is for U. S.

Yea she said. 1st pregnancy and ivf pregnancy and I m nearly 40 that's why she advised.. And what about u why you are taking?

Lisichka in reply toDorekhani

Yes, I’m in the US so that’s their standard dose here I think. I’m not really sure why I’m taking it to be honest! It’s the clinic’s protocol and they put everyone on it. It can’t hurt, right? When I was in New Zealand the doctor there didn’t think it was necessary. But after all the fails, I’ll take whatever!!

I researched a out it so I there 81 is the low dose in us and 150 in UK... I can't understand why such difference but I pray the all these work for us amin

Hi, I'm currently on low dose aspirin 150mg until the end of pregnancy. They said I'm on it because there is a high risk of preeclampsia and that this may be from when the placenta takes over which can cause issues for the baby. I was already classed as high risk due to IVF, twins and my age.

It's the water soluble one and I take it after my breakfast. It's not too bad tbh. 👍

Congratulations for your twins💐💐🎉

Hey hun. I hope you are doing well 🤰🏻 💐 i didnt take it last two transfers but my endo did say to take it this time because of my hypothyroidism. Asked my consultant and he wasnt too enthusiastic about it but i will take it anyway. I was planning to take the lowest dose xx

Hello Dorekhani,

I’ve been also advised to take low dose aspirin, 150mg once daily from 12 weeks till I think 32 weeks or something. Main reason is first pregnancy and it’s a IVF pregnancy. I am 29 ! If you click on my

Page you can see I’ve asked this question before. It’s a bit worrying but I’m now 18 weeks and the aspirin has been ok, touchwood.

Hope this helps x

Hi, congratulations on your pregnancy.

I’ve been advised by my midwife to take 150mg aspirin from 12 weeks till the end of pregnancy. I was told to dye my BMI being raised (32) I wasn’t instructed to do take it with my daughter and i had a raised BMI? I think they are being extra cautious with COVID19 xxx
