It's meant to help with clotting issues. But it can also mean you could lose an early pregnancy so I wouldn't take it without professional advice who know your situation...

Hi skatty,

So you mean it may help if i ( woman) suffers from cloting issues.

In my situation, we are resorting to ICSI because of male factors.

I'm taking 75mg of aspirin a day too. It is such a low dose and often helps with the embryo attaching itself. My sister fell pregnant naturally after 3 miscarriages when she read an article about it. But it should only be taken when directed by a medical professional.

I was advised to take aspirin 75, baby aspirin it's sometimes called. Just one a day. I got told to try it as I had lining issues in my first cycle, it didn't thicken up very well. We too had male fertility issues. Can't say for sure that it helped although my lining was much better in round 2 however I had all sorts of issues in my first cycle. I think you should probably ask at you clinic before taking it though!xx

I got mine from Tesco too, just says 75mg and good for preventing strokes etc.

I've not been told to take it but my friend said it couldn't hurt and I've read a lot about it. I'm also at my wit's end. However, it's making my gums bleed a lot so I'm going to stop it.

The clinic put me on it as i had an early miscarriage last time and baby aspirin is safe for baby but also helps blood flow to your uterus which I think they suspect was my problem last time. I started it about a week or so before transfer :) hope that helps! Xxx
