I'm been taking ubiquinol for the last 5 days and have noticed a tingling/pins and needles type feeling in my left hand. I don't know if the ubiquinol is the cause of it but it's the only thing I've changed recently. I'm taking it to try and help with egg quality as I have low amh. Has anyone else experienced anything like this? I'm going to stop taking it for the next few days to see if it goes away

Hi I have taken it daily since January and not experienced anything like this. How much are you taking ? The recommended amount I believe is 200mg daily x
Thanks for your reply. There is b6 in the prenatal I'm taking but I've been taking that for months and hadn't felt anything. It's actually a little better today after I missed yesterday's dose of ubiquinol so I think I might take it every other or every 3 days. I need it for egg quality as I have low amh..or I'll go back to taking coq10 which I didn't get any side effects from. The ubiquinol was really expensive tho so I don't want to waste it lol!
