Egg retrieval done

Out of 19 follicles - 11 eggs been collected. Awaiting now for tomorrows email to let us know how many are mature and how many fertilised. I am not disappointed and not very happy on the same time, I am kind of "BLANK". I don't have high hopes just because I don't want to get disappointed. Many of you will think that is a great result and it is, but knowing my history of having 40-50% immature eggs makes me a bit nervous...

It is what it is, nothing could have been done differently 🙄😔

Hi ranchu, yeah I know that feeling. We also have a big drop of “usable” eggs. Double figures is a decent start and every round has possibilities right so we have to hope. I know these calls are frightening so wishing you loads of luck for tomorrow’s call (and subsequent ones too obvs!). 🤞🤞

Thank you! Hope is the only one think that is keeping us going. I will be happy with 2 blastocyst embryos 😬🤪

Thank you! Tomorrow we are going back to the clinic, we have an appointment booked but we don’t know why 🤷‍♀️ they told us for a scan and kind of follow up. We never had before 🤔 God knows! I am focusing on my embryos for now 🤞🍀

Thank you! I cannot wait for tomorrow's report 😤🐣 i know that is just the beginning for our embryos but I am already boiling 🍲. Last time we had 8 fertilised out of 10 eggs but then only 1 reached blastocyst 💔🙄.

Next 5 days will kill me slowly 😞.

I am feeling very good this morning, no pain at all 😊. Still waiting for updates 😬🙄.

My husband taste is much better now but smell is pretty much the same, he cannot even smell the fish when we been at the supermarket 🤣😁, sometimes he can smell perfume but that is it. We been tested again in Spain for COVID and results were negative 😄
