I’m feeling anxious and disappointed as only 2 embryos were formed out of 11 eggs. I’m so saddened with the numbers and apprehensive about the chances to reach to the blastocyst stage. I’m 32 years and my AMH is normal. I also have endometriosis too. Could you share positive stories to grant me hope! I understand that all it takes 1 embryo for it to be successful. Thank you ❤️

Hi. That is so disappointing, but until eggs are collected we don’t know how mature they are, or whether they will fertilise. You have a normal AMH so hopefully the ones you have will develop well. Fingers crossed for an ongoing, successful pregnancy. Diane
Hi fudge. I am also 32 and I was in a similar stage as you a week ago. I had 10 eggs retrieved which I was really pleased with. We were then told only two fertilised last Thursday and on the call on Friday only one was progressing and our clinic recommended to transfer that egg as a day two embryo. I am now in the dreaded two week wait. No real advice other than: keep your head up, keep believing your little embroys are fighting as hard as they can. We are strong, resilient and we have got this. Please keep me posted on how your embryos get on, I have got everything crossed for you!
I had a disastrous egg collection with only 3 eggs collected from 6 decent follicles, but that egg is now my 3 year old. I had more eggs from previous cycles but all were BFN, so my most disappointing cycle brought me my little boy xx wishing you all the luck that the same is true for you xx
