I am due to start my FET cycle on Tuesday (medicated with fyremadel and progynova) and I’m wondering if I can exercise?! I know they say no during my stimming as I was risk of OHHS but not sure about the FET?
I do a lot of running and HIIT classes so wondering if I can continue until the transfer and then stop for the Tww?
Thanks x

Hi, I continued my normal exercise until transfer and then from transfer onwards just did walking, no heavy lifting etc. Similarly to you for my fresh cycle I had to stop during stimming as I was at risk of OHSS due to my PCOS. Good luck, hope it goes well for you! X
Hi, I'm currently doing a medicated FET cycle and have continued as normal. My clinic advised that this was fine so long as it was my normal routine. I think it can impact if you suddenly start doing HIIT during treatment when you otherwise have never done it. I have my transfer on Tuesday so from then will do low intensity walking. Good luck 🤞xx
I exercised normally, HIIT and running up until stims then I just walked mostly. I’ve just had transfer Yesterday and now don’t even want to walk up stairs in case I stop implantation or something 🤦🏻♀️ Ridiculous i know!! 🤣
