Has anyone here struggled with low progesterone levels after embryo transfer and went on to have a BFP? I had my transfer last Tuesday and they rang me the next day to say that my progesterone level was at 46 and that I needed to add 400mg three times a day. I did another blood test today and it’s at 59. I’ll be adding twice a day on the days I’m not taking Lentogest.
I am feeling very hopeless at this point as I feel like implantation would have/would not have already happened by this point and that this cycle has already failed.

What I found out was that the levels don’t matter initially. I am a slow responder. But my clinic kept an eye on my levels and kept increasing my meds until my levels were above 100. The extra progesterone is just for support. My advice is to talk to your consultant at the clinic and see what they say about the situation.
