FET today - Prontogest injections - what’s happens next?????

Evening all,

I am after some advice as I heard from the clinic today and I need to start prontogest injections. Any help or advice greatly appreciated?

Had embroyo transfer today!

I havent used these but I've heard to warm the liquid up in your hand so it doesnt sting so much and you can ice the injection site to numb things a bit. Good luck.xx
