How soon between having a baby and FET?

Hello...

I’m asking this for a friend (I haven’t had my baby yet)... I wasn’t sure if anyone on here would know the answer.

After having a successful pregnancy using ivf and delivering a baby. How long should you / must you wait between having that baby and starting FET again? To try for a second. My friend asked me but I have no idea. Like I say... I haven’t had one baby yet...

Totally up to the person. I was never told to wait other than the fact I had a c section x

So your clinic was happy for you to decide? They didn’t give you any time restrictions between birth and the FET? x

I haven’t been back yet but they never said anything to me when we were discharged from them. I don’t see why it would be an issue really xx

We didn’t have our FET until 5 years later but I would have thought you could do it as soon as recovered from 1st pregnancy and when ready to have a second x
