Bleeding 5+6 early pregnancy

Hi everyone.

Looking for some advice and reassurance. I’ve started bleeding on wiping tonight pink colour. No pain. Still got sore boobs and tired but on progesterone supps.

Any positive stories? I’ve had 7 previous miscarriages. Not been pregnant in over a year. Feel like my head has gone. What shall I do? Ring my GP OR EPU tomorrow?

I had spotting through my twin pregnancy, especially the first half of it. I have two twin toddlers now. I remember being scared every time I went to pee. I even had a few terrible bleeds that turned out to be ok. Don’t psych yourself out. Just get a scan (for your own piece of mind) to make sure all is ok. 🙏🏼🙏🏼

Phone EPU and they should take you in for a scan. I am in the same boat as you -had a check last week and all okay. Going back today at 7+4 but I have been bleeding a lot in the last week. Preparing for the worst but hoping for the best 🤞

Thank you for taking the time to reply. I got up twice in the night, have had a small bit of fresh red blood on the pad but now it’s gone back to a brown colour on wiping. Still no pain. I’ll ring my GP as soon as they open. Thinking of you for today - let me know how you get on 🙏 x

Seen the outcome of your scan on the reply below- so sorry! 💔 my scan was equally bad - "not seeing what they were expecting to see" and then I had to be seen by consultant because my bloods had been so high last week, they wanted to rule out ectopic. Sad times xxx

My bloods had went away down from 11000 to 700 and they were happy there wasnt anything sinister on the scan. So just need to get a repeat blood in a week and hopefully now I've stopped the medication, the womb will empty out... been bleeding all week but probably the progesterone and progynova have been slowing things down. Just want it over now. 😟 how about you? X

Hi. I had a minor bleeding when I got my BFP, light pink and brown. They tested my progesterone level and it was low, so they increased my pessaries dose. Had a second light bleeding after a few weeks, with lower back pain and cramps. They said these are contractions, had a scan, some medication and all was well after a while.

Sorry to hear, that’s such rubbish news, pregnancy is such a rollercoaster and nothing is guaranteed. Look after yourself x
