Bleeding in early pregnancy - trying to stay calm

I’ve just started bleeding. Currently 6 weeks 2 days pregnant following our FET. Terrified it’s the start of things going wrong. Trying to hold on to hope and my little baba. Might be too early to tell but am going for a scan this afternoon instead of tomorrow morning as don’t think hubby and I can last 24 hours.

Praying it’ll all be ok.

Try not to panic (easier said than done) I bleed at 6weeks (for 3 weeks) and everything was ok. Try and rest when you can and keep well hydrated xxx

Hi Button-123 thank you so much for your reply. That gives me hope. So pleased that everything was ok for you. Gonna put my feet up for a couple of days. Scan showed a heart beat so fingers crossed all will continue ok xx

Hi NsKaz. Hoping everything has gone/goes well with your scan and you get the reassurance you are waiting for. Hopefully, to do with the placenta just starting to develop. Thinking of you. Diane

Hi Diane, thank you for your message. scan showed little bubba has a heart beat, is developing in the right place and is the right size for six weeks. No evidence of a big bleed inside so hopefully it will continue to be ok. They’ve said I need to rest and keep an eye out for clots or cramps. I did stop feeling nauseous around 11 today (which is unusual for me at the mo) and that worried me, but feeling sick again now so hoping that’s a good sign...?

HiNsKaz. Well that’s looking positive, so I’m pleased all went well. As you’ve been advised have a good rest when you can, and all will hopefully settle down. Thinking of you. Diane

Hi hope everything is ok for you. A scan at 6 weeks is good and puts your mind at rest. You might even see a heartbeat so it’s not to early. Hope everything goes well. Xx
