Thanks to everyone who sent congrats re my recent BFP.
Quick question, has anyone else in the early stages experienced tailbone / coccyx pain almost like the top of my bottom is bruised. It’s worse in the morning after waking up and often when sitting. I thought I’d trapped a nerve from coughing early on. I’ve read on other forums it can be common. I actually got it before my BPF result and cling onto it as a symptom in my few.
Im trying not to worry 😳, it’s going to be a long 2 and a bit weeks wait till my 7 week scan! TIA

I have had this multiple times yes. I think it’s definitely a sign of pregnancy for me, but not one I’d heard about until I had it and googled it! Like you, the last time it happened it was before I got my BFP. I believe it’s probably to do with hormones surging and affecting your joints (but that’s just what I read). Congratulations on your BFP! xx
Yes I’ve read it’s probably to do with hormones, relaxin and bones softening. It’s so hard not to worry and overthink things isn’t it. Thanks for replying xx
May I ask of either of you have a rerotverted uterus. I have had intense pain in my lower back all my life when periods were coming. I'm 15+2 pregnant and its really bad at the moment. Wondering if the pain is worse because of my tilted uterus
Not that I’m aware of. It seems to have settled now currently almost 7w3d. Maybe it was the movement in preparation. Yours sound like it could be linked to what you’ve said x
