Period pain & discharge plz help!

So since yesterday I still have period pain not as strong as it was but still have it,and this morning I felt something came out like period,(sorry if it’s disgusting) it wasn’t pink or red,it was more like light brown and since morning I had it 3 times. You thing its going to end period?as my period always start like that and I’m due😢 Called my clinic 2times still waiting for their call. I’m on my day 8 post 5day ET.you think its normal? I don’t think it’s implantation as I read it happen between day 1-5 and I had nothing on those days. Any advise? xxx

Hi Anna, I had period type cramp on 8 & 9dpt, I didn't have any spotting but I had water like discharge every day since then (& still going on). I know they say implantation occurs anytime up to 12 days post ovulating (which would probably up to 7 dpt) but also brown discharge could be old blood from implantation. I didn't feel anything from implantation so I suppose we really don't know when or how it's happening. I really hope it's good news for you on your test day ❤️

Thanks Lilli! I had cramps since day 1 but from yesterday I have strong cramps and I’m due that’s why I’m so panic, I didn’t have too much discharge in these 8 days, probably it’s not implantation😔. I’m gonna be over the moon if this period doesn’t come xx

I know it's so difficult but really most people have no clue whether it's happening or not. Some people bleed and get a BFP, some people don't bleed and get a BFN. You really don't know until testing 🙁 I think maybe if you had implantation yesterday, there would likely to be more cramping today because of uterus accommodating your little bean. It may also cause a little bit of old blood to come out. I hope so, fingers & toes crossed for you xx

I think it happens, I read a few stories about people bleeding just before. I know it’s hard, but try not too worry. xx

Bleeding, but that doesn’t mean it’s your period.

I’ve read a lot of ladies on here have had bleeding and still had BFP so don’t lose hope yet. Also brown blood is old so that’s a positive sign xx

I know it’s always hard going toilet after ET. Maybe just try I know it’s hard but to take a few deep breaths, sit or lie down and relax a little xx

Hi lovely. I’ve read that some people can have spotting this late and still get a positive. Unfortunately only time will tell and i bet (like me ) time is going as slow as anything. One minute seems like an hour. Try to stay calm and wait to hear from your clinic. Have you heard off them yet?

Thanks Violet! No still nothing I called them yesterday as well,normally they call back within an hour but this time don’t know why they didn’t yet🤦🏻‍♀️(Because I need them) hope it’s just a spotting not a period. And the time omg why it doesn’t move?! You think it’s normal having period cramps on day 8? I heard after day 8 you should feel better mine is opposite. xxx

I don’t know lovely if there is a normal. Everyone is different and every pregnancy is different. It’s just a waiting game with the unmovable time! Not long now until we can both test. Just rest up and try to relax xxx

Hey Anna00? I hope ur clinic get back to u soon! Try not to worry ive heard lots if stories of discharge / blood with BFP at tbe end of them 😘 it must be quite distressing for u! But u r doing everything right 🤞 xx

Could you try calling them back again? Perhaps your message wasnt passed on! On a personla note, one of my friend bled well into her pregnancy and her little boy is here safe and sound. Another friend thought she was having her period (even stuck a tampon up there) and her little bundle is also here too!! Keep the faith 😘 xx

I called 3 times since yesterday,they have a direct line for ivf patient I left a message with my name and number as usual, never happend before they always call back. I’ll try my best to keep my faith, just few more days left. Thanks lovely 😘xx

They just called, told me I should carry on till my test day and don’t do the test earlier,they can’t say it’s a period or not as the symptoms are the same. hope I get good news 🤞🏻xx

I started bleeding just before my official test date, but I got a BFP. Two weeks on and I’m still testing positive, but I think my hcg is dropping, so I don’t think mine is a viable pregnancy (it’s a waiting game for me). While I’ve been stressing about it I have heard loads of encouraging stories of people who have bled (and have cramping) and still go on to have full term pregnancies, so there is hope! I have my fingers crossed for you xx

obviously i dont know your body chick, but if they are your usual period symptoms id say it was possible. keep trying your clinic they may be able to do some observations on you/testing. i really hope it isnt xxxxxx

Hey hun sorry that your feeling like this. The 2ww is certainly hard and long, the time seems to go far slower during the 2ww. I have af type symptoms not spotting or anything just period pains. Try not to read too much into the spotting, everyone is different some have spotting and some don't. Please try and keep positive. Really hoping you get your BFP xxx
